On November 18th, the On-site Meeting for Pilot Demonstration and Promotion of Energy-Saving Technologies under the GEF Project was grandly held in Shenzhen. As an innovative enterprise deeply engaged in the industrial energy conservation sector, Fourtreen Green Technology was invited to this important industry event, where it exchanged ideas on energy-saving technology innovation and jointly promoted green and low-carbon development with representatives from government departments, scientific research institutions and enterprises.

These project outcomes have further benefited developing countries worldwide through the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), demonstrating the international influence of China's energy-saving technologies. The exchange platform established by this on-site meeting is not only a showcase window for advanced technologies but also an important bridge for the precise connection of industry resources, injecting strong impetus into the market-oriented promotion of energy-saving technologies.
This on-site meeting focused on showcasing a batch of advanced energy-saving technologies selected through strict screening. As one of the selected representatives of energy-saving technologies promoted under the GEF Project, the WSR Energy Saving System independently researched and developed by Fourtreen Green Technology attracted widespread attention at the event. Its breakthrough achievements in the field of low-grade waste heat recovery and utilization have provided replicable and promotable practical solutions for industrial enterprises' energy-saving transformation.
In industrial production, the recovery and utilization of low-grade waste heat have long been a key focus and challenge in energy conservation and carbon reduction. Developed by Fourtreen Green Technology after years of research, the WSR technology works as follows: Equipped with the WSR energy-saving system,the waste heat emitted by the steamer system is recoered in a steam regeneration manner and sent back to the steamer for recycling. Achieved 40%~70% energy saving for steamer system. Meet the production process requirements of the noodle manufacturing industry. This innovative technology breaks through the bottleneck of low efficiency of traditional heat exchangers under small temperature difference conditions, converting waste heat steam into recyclable high-quality energy and truly realizing the transformation of "waste heat into treasure".
After years of practical verification, Fourtreen Green Technology's technologies have been successfully implemented in multiple noodle production lines, fully demonstrating their economic value and environmental benefits.
