WSR Energy-saving System of Shrinkage Furnace
Project Introduction
Project background:The shrinkage furnace of the soy sauce production line continuously uses steam and produces a large amount of residual waste heat steam. If discharge directly, resulting in a large waste of heat energy and adverse effects on the site work environment.
Energy saving measures:Equipped with the WSR energy-saving system, the waste heat emitted by the shrink labeling machine is recovered in a steam regeneration manner and sent back to the machine for recycling.
Energy saving effect:Achieved 30% energy saving for shrink labeling machine.
