Project Introduction
Project background:The steamer system of the instant noodle production continuously uses steam and generates a large amount of residual waste heat steam. If directly discharged, it will result in significant waste of thermal energy and have adverse effects on the on-site working environment.
Energy saving measures:Equipped with the WSR energy-saving system, the waste heat emitted by the steamer system is recovered in a steam regeneration manner and sent back to the steamer for recycling.
Energy saving effect:Achieved 40%~70% energy saving for steamer system.
