Project Introduction
Project background:Some TCM products with unstable yield need to be produced intermittently, and their evaporation and concentration process needs to consume a lot of heat energy and produce a lot of secondary steam. If discharged directly, it will cause a large waste of heat energy.
Energy saving measures:The HPR technology directly recovers the secondary steam generated by the evaporation concentration system, and after being heated and pressurized, it is returned to the evaporation kettle for recycling.
Energy saving effect:Achieved a thermal energy saving effect of 30% for the evaporation concentration system.
