Project Introduction
Project background:The bran steaming process of liquor production process continuously uses steam and generates a large amount of residual waste heat steam. If directly discharged, it will result in significant waste of thermal energy and have adverse effects on the on-site working environment.
Energy saving measures:The WSR technology recycles the waste heat steam emitted by the grain steaming machine and bran steaming machine systems in a steam regeneration manner and returns it to the system for reuse. The remaining waste heat air is treated by SDC environmental protection to achieve smokeless emission.
Energy saving effect: Achieved 40% energy saving for grain steaming process and to achieve smokeless emissions of green production.
