Distiller's grains vacuum cooling system VCS

Project Introduction

Project background:A large amount of waste heat will remain after the distillation process of fermented grains. The traditional treatment method is to cool the fermented grains from above 90 ℃ to about 25 ℃ through atmospheric pressure spreading and drying equipment supplemented by fans. In this process, a large amount of white smoke will be emitted on the spot, which will seriously affect the working environment and production safety.
Process purpose:Rapidly cool down the high-temperature distiller's grains.
To achieve the effect:After the distillation of distiller's grains is completed, the temperature can drop to below 30°C within 15 minutes, and the waste steam from opening the lid is no longer emitted.
