Job Description
Workplace ：Gulin County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province
Job Responsibilities:
1、Interface with the installation projects of the Engineering Department and take over the commissioning and operation work of each completed installation project.
2、Receive product anomaly information feedback from customers, and promptly handle system failures, product repairs, on-site maintenance, and the disposal of defective parts.
3、Before delivering the project to the customer, organize and train customer operators to be familiar with product operation, maintenance, and servicing.
4、Possess strong communication skills and be able to handle interactions with customers and suppliers with ease.
5、Through the collation and analysis of equipment or system failure data, judge abnormal problems and propose improvement plans.
6、Be responsible for the organization and coordination of after-sales service, and conduct regular inspections and follow-up visits to understand the product usage situation of customers.
Professional Requirements: A bachelor's degree or above (major in thermal engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering).
Skill Requirements: Familiarity with the principles of thermal equipment or mechanical and electrical equipment.
Work Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the brewing equipment industry.
Others: Based in Luzhou on a long-term basis.
