Job Responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for the design improvement of the appearance and structure of the company's existing products.
2、Engage in the design and development of new products.
3、Continuously improve and standardize the production process.
4、Be responsible for formulating the operation and maintenance system of mechanical equipment and carrying out equipment maintenance work.
5、Take charge of the installation and commissioning of equipment, provide consultation and guidance to operators in relevant departments to ensure the correct use of related equipment.
Qualifications:
1、A bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing or related majors.
2、At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
3、Capable of designing non-standard equipment according to requirements, providing feasible solutions, drawing production drawings, and tracking the production process based on the determined solutions and drawings to ensure product consistency with the drawings.
4、Able to provide reasonable improvement suggestions to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
5、Familiar with welding and sheet metal processing technologies.
6、Proficient in using CAD and 3D mapping software.
7、Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious, diligent, with a team spirit, and able to adapt to business trips at a certain frequency.
